Rates

Jobs are charged at an hourly rate. The total charge to you will be the time spent doing the work. It will include a reasonable amount of time spent sourcing any required materials.

Payment

Invoices are payable immediately at the end of each job.

Liability

The customer on the premises at the time of our callout will be held personally liable for the cost of any work carried out.

Goods

Goods are supplied and delivered by us to you, or your premises shall remain our property until paid for by you in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or decline to undertake any work.

Guarantee

HSM give you a twelve month guarantee period on any labour carried out. Any parts or equipment supplied by us will be guaranteed by the manufacturer's guarantee.

Privacy

This privacy statement explains how we collect information from you via this website and how this information is then used. When you provide us with your personal data you automatically consent to the processing of all such personal data as set out in this privacy statement.
