  • Boiler Repairs & Gas Installations charged at £65 per hour (or part) & £30 per half (or part thereafter)
  • Power Flushing charged at a fixed rate of £350 for 8 radiators and £20 for each additional radiator.
  • General Plumbing charged at £65 for the first hour (or part) & £30 per half hour (or part thereafter)
  • Landlord Safety Certificates charged at a fixed rate of £65. (inclusive of 2 appliances)
